What do we offer? * Start date: 9 January 2026 * Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays (5 hours per shift; Sunday shifts must be in the morning), and Mondays (5 hours during midday/afternoon to align with the team) * Location: Bigues i Riells * Temporary employment contract - Part-time schedule (15 hours per week) * Gross annual salary: €23,100.28 (Social Integrator) and €25,541.60 (Social Educator) TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT * Support young people’s autonomy process through educational relationship work, facilitating their active involvement in their own personal, educational, socio-laboral integration, and emancipation goals. * Accompany young people in daily life activities (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.) * Inform, guide, and advise young people on local social benefits and resources that can facilitate educational intervention. * Organize and participate in assemblies with other residents of the accommodation. * Promote harmonious cohabitation in the residence to achieve optimal coexistence. * Ensure that accommodation conditions are optimal and conducive to personal growth. * Accompany the young person’s process and remain attentive to their needs. * Participate in team meetings. * Participate in the preparation and/or updating of center documentation. * Familiarize yourself with local resources and institutions and strengthen networked collaboration. * Carry out educational work in accordance with the ASJTET framework project and prepare required documentation from DGAIA. A relevant qualification is mandatory (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education). * Having access to a personal vehicle is considered an asset.
