In this position, you will manage and analyze customer warranty claims, interacting with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities** * **Analysis of customer-returned parts:** Analyze warranty returns and prepare reports for customers. * **Warranty cost reduction:** Track invoices and warranty records per customer.
