Assist managers in identifying and understanding organizational issues through daily work dynamics. Mobilize teams toward process optimization: increasing productivity, reducing costs, and decreasing lead time. Train leaders and teams in continuous improvement and Lean tools. Support the development of team leadership. Create and ensure both upward and downward information flows. **What requirements do we value?** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Higher Engineering. Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is essential. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge and experience in planning and adapting processes. Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector. LEAN knowledge. Experience in project implementation and integration. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Knowledge and experience with CAD tools.
