




Position Summary: We are seeking educational staff to provide direct support to minors and their families in Tudela, applying socio-educational interaction, observing and evaluating each case, and developing individual educational programs. Development of individual educational program Educational staff are required to work in Tudela with minors under protective measures. Main duties include direct support for minors and families, application of socio-educational interaction, observation and evaluation of each case, as well as educating and caring for minors according to the educational project and current regulations. Additionally, staff must develop the individual educational program within the case plan, conduct weekly tutorial activities, coordinate with involved resources and services, assume responsibilities in the supervisor's absence, jointly develop the family intervention plan with the technical team, and ensure compliance with coexistence rules. Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with working hours to be determined. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
