**What will your responsibilities be?**
Your mission will be to **monitor and ensure the quality of purchased parts and materials**, managing both **advanced supplier quality** and **series production quality**. You will report to the Quality Manager or Supplier Quality Supervisor/Manager and may coordinate the Incoming Goods Inspection team.
Key responsibilities include supporting the project team in assessing risks related to suppliers and purchased parts; initiating and tracking the APQP process; ensuring seamless technical and quality information flow between the company and suppliers; verifying ISIR/PPAP documentation; coordinating approvals, deviations, and technical changes; performing process releases and productive readiness verifications at supplier sites (e.g., Run@Rate).
You will also manage incoming inspections, quarantines, sorting, and rework as needed; lead supplier quality complaints using 8D/RPS methodologies; validate the robustness of corrective actions; review supplier performance monthly via the Vendor Rating System; drive improvement programs; and apply CSL1/CSL2 levels where appropriate.
Additionally, you will plan and conduct supplier audits—primarily process and product audits—manage periodic requalification of purchased components, and collaborate with Procurement and Supplier Quality Development in cases of underperformance.

To succeed in this position, you must hold a **university degree**, preferably in **Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or an equivalent field**. Furthermore, you must bring at least **3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Production roles** within an **industrial setting**.
It is essential that you possess **knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements**, along with experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, initial sampling processes, Run@Rate, and inspection methods. You must also be able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with agreed quality parameters.
**Fluent English is mandatory**, as you will regularly interact with international suppliers and need to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. **Willingness and ability to travel** for supplier visits and audits (domestic and international) is also required.
Certification as a **VDA 6\.3 auditor is a highly valued and essential requirement** for this role, as conducting such audits will be one of your primary responsibilities. If you do not yet hold this certification but have solid experience in supplier quality and auditing, the company will support your training and certification—so motivation and availability to complete it are critical.
