Summary: Eaton Automotive Systems is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer responsible for initiating and supporting cost-saving projects and developing knowledge of EBS tools. Highlights: 1. Employee training and facilitation of lean workshops Eaton Automotive Systems is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the OpEx team in Bielsko\-Biała. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our OpEx team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify opportunities, provide methodological support, initiate, and mentor cost-saving and continuous improvement projects within the plant. This person will also support the development of knowledge regarding EBS methods, tools, and standards within the plant. Key responsibilities: * Management of cost-saving projects, including collaboration with other plants * Promotion of new tools and working methods * Monitoring of processes impacting plant savings * Maintenance and enhancement of the EATON LEAN SYSTEM * Analysis of new production methods * Conducting reviews of lean tools and action plans * Working within teams focused on improving quality and increasing production efficiency * Employee training and facilitation of lean workshops * Participation in audits, behavior observations, and management system self-assessments **Qualifications:** ------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies; technical field preferred * 2–3 years of experience in a similar role * Experience in process digitalization would be a significant advantage **Skills:** ----------- * Solid knowledge of Lean tools * Solid understanding of manufacturing processes * Very good command of English * Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio * Openness to new technologies and ability to implement them in a manufacturing environment * Willingness to seek innovative digital solutions * Experience in implementing organizational change Collaboration and communication skills, along with leadership potential for project teams * \#LI\-AO1 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
