You will be responsible for managing and inspiring your team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. * You will enjoy **attractive employment and compensation conditions**, including an indefinite-term contract and a salary composed of a fixed component plus a variable component tied to goal achievement, among other benefits. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your key responsibilities will include: * Overall management of the Company, with full accountability for financial results (P\&L), balance sheet, and cash flow. * Leadership and development of the team, promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. * Organizational professionalization: processes, reporting, management control, and operational structure. * Definition and implementation of the strategic growth plan. * Commercial development and strengthening of relationships with key customers, suppliers, and influencers. * Identification of expansion opportunities (geographic, service-related, customer-related). * Coordination with the Board of Directors and periodic reporting on results. * Day-to-day operational management, ensuring service quality and efficiency. **What will make you succeed in this position?** * A **university degree** in Engineering, Business Administration, etc., with postgraduate training in business management and leadership highly valued, as well as expertise in the electricity, HVAC, and/or construction sectors. * Proven **extensive experience** in roles of significant responsibility, including leading teams and assuming P\&L accountability. Experience leading transformation or growth initiatives will be highly valued. * Professional background particularly valued in **installations, construction, maintenance, or related sectors**, or alternatively in industrial SMEs or service-oriented SMEs with a strong operational component. * The workplace will be located in Zaragoza, with **willingness and availability for travel**. * **And most importantly—you:** A committed individual capable of assuming full business responsibility and demonstrating proven leadership.
