JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **CNC Machining Operator (Third-Class Skilled Worker) to assist the CNC Milling Machine Operator**, with experience in **aluminum and steel machining.** The ideal candidate will be a responsible, precise, and quality-oriented individual capable of interpreting technical drawings and optimizing machining processes for small- and medium-volume production. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and program **CNC milling machines (Fagor and Heidenhain)** for machining aluminum and steel parts. * **Interpret technical drawings and associated documentation** for the production process. * Adjust cutting parameters, tools, and feed rates to achieve **efficient and precise production**. * Perform **modifications and adjustments to CNC programs** according to manufacturing requirements. * Verify part quality using **measuring instruments** (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.). * **Identify and resolve technical issues** arising during the machining process. * Carry out **basic preventive maintenance** on machines and tools. * Ensure compliance with the company’s established **safety, quality, and productivity standards**. ### **What We Offer** * **Initial temporary contract (6 months via an ETT)**, with the possibility of **permanent employment** upon successful completion of this period. * **Annual gross salary: €24,000**. * **Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday**, with **rotating morning and afternoon shifts**. * **Continuous training** in CNC machining technologies and genuine opportunities for professional growth. * Stable, modern working environment with state-of-the-art machinery. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** * Vocational Training (FP) or Vocational Education Program in **Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related field.** **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in aluminum and steel machining. * Proficiency in using precision measuring tools. * Ability to **read and interpret geometric tolerances and technical drawings**. * Methodical individual with **quality orientation** and attention to detail. * **Proactivity**, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
