**Description:** ---------------- Proman Search needs to hire a production technician for its chemical-pharmaceutical client located in Zaragoza. Your main responsibilities: Collaborate, and where applicable lead and take responsibility for, the implementation and monitoring of new processes during validation, scale-up and/or technology transfer phases from R&D/EPT, as well as process optimization, by preparing all necessary technical documentation, conducting on-site process monitoring, data collection, statistical analysis, critical assessment of results, trends, improvement options, process safety considerations,..... Collaborate, and where applicable lead, CMO projects within the Production Department, being responsible for preparing required documents and reports in bilingual Spanish/English, as well as participating in teleconferences and communications with clients as necessary. Includes process monitoring in plant, critical evaluation of their progress, data collection, testing, improvement options, process risk assessment, etc. Manage and maintain up-to-date the ERP system and document management system regarding department activities (material management, procurement, manufacturing recipes, manufacturing methods, procedures,...) and coordinate necessary tasks to achieve this, ensuring compliance with established production plans. Integrate into your activities, generated documents, operations and facilities, GMP regulations and EHS requirements set by internal safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements established under Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
