At 2Shapes, we're looking for someone who enjoys tinkering with invisible wires. Someone who sees a repetitive process and thinks, "I'll fix this with a script." We want to bring on board a person who combines technical curiosity, practical thinking, and the drive to build tools that make life easier for our sales team. What you'll do (and might even enjoy): * Create automations that connect disjointed pieces like assembling a digital necklace: CRM, forms, emails, data, and more. * Program in Python to build small internal tools that improve workflows. * Design and maintain integrations using Zapier, n8n, or similar services. * Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and turn them into elegant, fast, and robust processes. * Test, tweak, and improve, because good automations deserve care too. What we're looking for: * Passion for solving problems using technology. * Demonstrable experience with Python (scripts, APIs, automations—whatever makes you happy). * Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier or n8n. * Ability to understand processes and transform them into simple flows. * You don't need to be an engineer; you do need enthusiasm, organization, and curiosity. * Ability to document clearly without putting anyone to sleep.
