Additionally, you will enjoy flexible working hours and a shortened workday on Fridays and during summer months. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting to the Operations Director, you will **comprehensively lead the Production area**, assuming full responsibility for operational, financial, and organizational outcomes. You must ensure achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets while guaranteeing operational stability, industrial discipline, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include: * Defining and ensuring implementation of the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)**, guaranteeing **KPI compliance** (OEE, productivity, scrap, OTIF, costs), analyzing deviations, and leading corrective action plans. * **Leading your team**, ensuring their training, motivation, and performance, promoting versatility, and driving competency development. You will ensure cultural alignment between teams and the company, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * **Sizing the production workforce** according to production load, allocating **resources**, managing and optimizing all available **means** to ensure efficient area operation. Likewise, you will ensure accurate information transmission and coordination with other involved departments. * Actively participating in **Lean and continuous improvement projects**, driving automation and adoption of technological improvements, standardizing processes, ensuring 5S audits, and guaranteeing autonomous maintenance of equipment and production lines. * Ensuring compliance with established **procedures** and quality, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting sustainability and efficiency. **What will make you succeed in this position?** * A university degree in **Engineering**, strong English proficiency, and ERP system expertise are required. * Postgraduate qualifications in Operations Management, Production Management, Industrial Organization, and/or Lean Manufacturing will be highly valued. * A **minimum of 5 years’ experience** in a similar role, having led large teams, is essential.
