Description

This position focuses on performing design, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of industrial machinery and facilities. Key responsibilities include actively collaborating in identifying and implementing new preventive maintenance points, as well as continuously developing and updating machine adjustment instructions. Additionally, the professional will participate in the assembly and commissioning of new equipment and machines, ensuring seamless integration into production processes. Thorough control and review of technical manuals also form part of daily duties, requiring meticulous attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of systems. The work environment is dynamic and demands strong organizational skills and cleanliness within the maintenance area. This role is critical to sustaining operational continuity and plant efficiency, directly contributing to production and quality objectives. The position requires adaptability to various shifts and availability to cover needs on public holidays, reflecting the critical nature of the maintenance department within the food industry. Success in this role relies on practical application of technical knowledge and proactive anticipation and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues. The offered contract is permanent and direct with the company. The salary is competitive and adjusted according to the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Working hours include rotating morning and afternoon shifts. After six months of seniority, a private company health insurance plan is provided as part of the benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or a related qualification is required, along with demonstrable knowledge and over three years’ experience in industrial maintenance. Availability for rotating shifts, on-call duties, Saturdays, and public holidays is mandatory. Vocational training (FP) at intermediate or advanced level is valued, as is proven ability to maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.
