CEU San Pablo University is seeking a Project Technician to join the Royal University Institute for European Studies under an indefinite, full-time contract. Job responsibilities: * Preparation of national and international research project proposals. * Support in the Institute’s daily activities. * Organization of conferences and seminars. * Support in project management and coordination. Required qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, etc. * Postgraduate studies preferably in International Relations and the European Union. Previous experience: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * International experience (e.g., Erasmus). * Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva. Languages: * English proficiency at C2 level. * Knowledge of other languages (e.g., French) is advantageous. Competencies: * Strong computer skills. * Excellent organizational abilities and outstanding writing skills in both English and Spanish (mandatory). * Proactivity in carrying out assigned duties. * Initiative (highly important), proactivity, and teamwork.
