As part of the HR team at the center, as an HR Technician you will perform the following: **Responsibilities:** * Personnel administration: managing attendance incidents and payroll processing. * Recruitment and development, vendor management. * Supporting the HRBP in labor relations matters. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial environments within companies with more than 100 employees. * Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration.
