This unit operates nationally, with local team distribution. **What will your responsibilities be?** * The HV Works Department is responsible for valuation, design, and project development, as well as defining required materials and services. It operates autonomously for installations aligned with standard project templates; supervision by the unit is required for more complex cases. Key responsibilities include: * Defining the scope of interventions on HV installations (Substations and HV Lines), in accordance with established criteria and standard project templates, to address customer-driven or internally motivated investment needs. * Developing preliminary projects and feasibility studies. * Conducting HV valuations. * Validating land suitability for new installations. * Commissioning and validating legalization projects and detailed engineering projects for HV systems (Overhead Cables, Underground Cables, and Control). * Defining tender specifications related to civil works and HV installation (Substations and HV Lines) assembly. * Defining material requirements and protection, control, and communication system needs. **We’ll share further details during the interview.** **What qualifications do we require from you?** **Essential Requirements:** It is **mandatory** to possess the following education and/or knowledge to occupy this position: **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent **Knowledge:** * Understanding of HV, MV, and LV distribution business and infrastructure * Technical knowledge relevant to the required degree * Over 5 years’ experience managing connection requests, construction project execution, and support systems for the Grid Construction process **Desirable Requirements:** * Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / MBA * Knowledge of BIM project design * Intermediate English and Italian **What do we offer?** * Employment contract: We invest in the professional development and long-term stability of our employees. * Salary: At Endesa, salaries follow a structured framework determined by the specific role and the candidate’s professional trajectory. * Working hours: We promote a new business approach focused on work-life balance for all employees, grounded in trust and responsibility.
