At AERTEC, we contribute to continuous improvement in the aeronautical industry through our specialized engineering work for aircraft manufacturers; industrialization, control, and management of aeronautical manufacturing programs; development of test systems; and implementation of technological solutions for plant control. AERTEC is a strategic supplier (Tier 1) to the Airbus Group for manufacturing engineering and program management services for its civil and military aircraft. We stand out for our participation in major global aeronautical programs, such as the A350XWB, A400M, A320, and A330MRTT, among others. * Position description and responsibilities: We are currently seeking a candidate to join our PMO team working on aerospace sector projects. * Key responsibilities include: * Project monitoring. * Attendance at meetings. * Development of KPIs. * Report preparation. * Schedule and chart management. * Cost, supplier, and risk management. * Planning development. * Minimum requirements: * Advanced office software skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite). * English proficiency at minimum B2 level. * Knowledge of the aerospace sector. * Familiarity with UP-Planisware is desirable. * Familiarity with JIRA is desirable. * Familiarity with Active Risk Manager (ARM) is desirable. * Familiarity with Microsoft Project is desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration and Management.
