The offices are located in **Santander.** **What are your main objectives as a Labor Support Technical Agent?** You will be responsible for customer support services in the labor domain. As a Technical Support Agent, you must: * **Customer service**: This function involves communicating effectively with users to understand and resolve their issues or questions related to labor management software. * **Resolution of advisor queries**: You are expected to assist labor advisors with specific inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance in the labor domain. * **Incident and error reporting**: It is essential to document and report issues to improve labor management software.
