COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of COMSA Corporación, carrying out comprehensive and specialized maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and industrial facilities. Main responsibilities include: * Monitoring and organizing the operation of facilities for assigned clients, as well as managing corrective actions and investments. * Acting as the main point of contact with clients and performing other commercial tasks to ensure smooth progress of assigned projects and address potential difficulties. This also includes analyzing and identifying new client needs, proposing improvements to facilitate contracting and enhance profitability. * Preparing annual budgets for client building operations and planning medium- and long-term investments. * Managing and verifying technical and progress reports to ensure proper service monitoring and achievement of set objectives. * Negotiating key subcontractor contracts to optimize forecasted construction costs and thereby improve the profitability of assigned client contracts. * Managing documentation related to handled contracts, as well as internal documentation (cost sheet, project initiation, billing tracking, etc.).
