Being solution-oriented and possessing **adaptability** will enable you to tackle any challenges you may encounter in your daily work. * **Your mission and responsibilities — in greater detail:** You will organize and coordinate on-site construction processes, controlling and supervising them until completion. \- Key responsibilities: Reporting to your Team’s Site Manager: · Coordinate, supervise, and control various works and subcontractors, including measurement of completed works. · You will be a vital figure for both us and your on-site team: you will serve as a preventive resource and collaborate in monitoring occupational health and safety (PRL) measures. · Monitor work progress and report to the Site Manager/Project Manager whether on-site resources allow meeting scheduled deadlines — because communication is extremely important to us, and we want to hear your input. · Manage and control materials, storage, and supply logistics — and additionally manage and control material entries and exits at the site. · Track technical documentation (project specifications, detailed drawings, installations, and other reference points). · Ensure, through the company’s quality management system, that construction proceeds correctly. · Prepare and oversee final finishes, as well as execution control via checklists.
