The primary responsibility is to coordinate daily activities, ensuring work quality and resolving any issues that arise promptly. In addition to direct supervision, this role involves efficiently managing resources and materials to adhere to budgets. It also entails maintaining smooth communication among the technical team, subcontractors, and workers. Strong organizational skills and prior hands-on construction site experience are highly valued, as they are essential for team coordination and task planning. Education: Vocational Training Degree or Compulsory Secondary Education. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles within the construction sector is required. Relevant construction-related education is preferred.
