Description

**OBJECTIVE(S)** Monitor compliance with the preventive measures adopted by the company and included in the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. Ensure effective control of those risks that legally require the presence of a Preventive Resource. This means ensuring implementation of the measures specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. **FUNCTIONS** * \- Monitor compliance with preventive activities related to work-derived risks, verifying the effectiveness of preventive activities planned in the Prevention Planning and adapting them to both anticipated and unanticipated risks arising from the situation necessitating the presence of Preventive Resources. * \- If deficiencies in compliance with such preventive activities are observed, provide necessary instructions to ensure their correct and immediate implementation. Simultaneously, report to the employer so that appropriate corrective measures can be taken for identified deficiencies, if such deficiencies have not yet been resolved. The Preventive Resource must be present for the entire duration during which the situation requiring their presence persists. It is not incompatible for them to simultaneously perform a different productive activity, provided such surveillance duties remain unaffected. Obviously, when not performing surveillance tasks, the designated or assigned worker may carry out any other productive or preventive activity within the company. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION(S) \- OTHER** * PRL Level 60 or 50 hours (prior to 31/12/2009\). * Training in Confined Spaces is desirable. **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE** Experience in Risk Prevention (RP) and confined spaces is desirable. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** Driver's license and personal vehicle * * #### **Job Description and Profile (external)**
