Description

The position focuses on core industrial assembly tasks. The incumbent will perform preparation, assembly, and adjustment of essential components for manufacturing industrial vehicles such as semi-trailers, trailers, or bodies. This role requires precise interpretation of technical drawings and work orders, as well as efficient management of materials required for each production process. Full assembly of the chassis structure will be carried out, ensuring correct alignment and structural robustness, followed by joining and securing components that form the superstructure. These activities include assembling side panels, roofs, floors, doors, and tarpaulin systems, which may involve techniques such as precision screwing or riveting. In certain process phases, welding operations may be required, always conducted under established safety protocols and using appropriate specialized equipment. The work environment is dynamic and primarily located on assembly lines, where coordination with other team members is essential to maintain production flow and meet the company's quality standards and delivery deadlines. This function is critical to the final production cycle, directly contributing to creation of a finished, functional product ready for customer delivery. This offer includes a fixed-term intermittent contract, providing employment stability within the organization during active periods. The company provides collective transportation services, such as a company bus, to facilitate commuting to the workplace. Previous verifiable experience of at least one year in assembler or fitter positions is required, preferably within the industrial vehicle or metal structure sector. Proficiency in handling manual tools—such as impact wrenches and clamps—as well as industrial machinery—including presses or riveting equipment—is highly desirable. Manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, and adequate physical fitness for performing tasks in an assembly line environment are required. The minimum educational requirement is completion of primary education.
