Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric care assistant to provide direct care and support to residents in a care home, assisting with their daily activities and well-being. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required We are looking for a person to perform the duties typical of a geriatric care assistant in a residential care facility. Responsibilities include providing direct care and support to residents, assisting them in their daily activities, and ensuring their well-being. This position requires availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with established days off according to a published schedule. Night shift coverage is also an option. A six-month temporary contract is offered, with full-time hours and a genuine opportunity to transition to an indefinite-term contract upon completion of this period. **Professional Experience:** None required **Education:** Nursing Auxiliary Technician, Dependency Care Technician, Social-Healthcare Technician (Institutional Setting), or Exceptional Institutional Authorization.
