Physical stamina and responsible attitude We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a warehouse operator in Mollerussa. Your daily tasks will focus on order preparation, including loading, unloading, and proper organization of all merchandise. You will also be responsible for pallet assembly, applying strapping and labeling to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for shipment. A key part of your role will involve efficient stock management—locating materials in their designated places within the warehouse to maximize space utilization. Maintaining cleanliness and order in your work area is essential to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone. Prior experience in similar warehouse or logistics positions will be viewed favorably. You must possess the physical stamina required for this role and demonstrate responsibility and punctuality. This position offers a permanent contract, ideal if you are seeking a long-term opportunity in Mollerussa. The working schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a lunch break. Salary reviews occur every six months, and compensation will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement. While no specific academic qualifications are required, holding a forklift operator license—either for counterbalanced or side-loading forklifts—will be a significant advantage. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics tasks. Forklift license (highly desirable). Driver's license (desirable). Responsible, punctual attitude with capacity for physical effort.
