You will lead the team and receive internal training to meet our standards — helping you set the pace and ensure everything runs perfectly. If you enjoy organizing, executing, and motivating teams... **This is your place.** Your daily responsibilities will include: Leading, managing, and supervising the **restaurant**. Attracting, selecting, and training the **team**. Placing and receiving **weekly orders**. Conducting **monthly inventories**. Ensuring compliance with the **Sibuya** brand standards. Controlling costs and sales. Working with tools such as Mapal, Cover Manager, Excel... Resolving any **incidents** that may arise on-site. Complying with **occupational safety** and **health regulations**. What do we offer? Indefinite contract. Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week on split shifts (lunch and dinner service).
