Within this environment of innovation and commitment, we are seeking a **Construction Site Manager** based in **Igualada**. You will be responsible for establishing the technical criteria and procedures to follow during construction execution, both for company personnel and subcontracted staff, ensuring compliance with quality, occupational risk prevention, safety, and health requirements. What will your **main responsibilities** be? * Request quotes based on the approved supplier and subcontractor list from the Operational Unit. * Conduct comparative analyses of suppliers, assess suitability, and submit purchase order proposals, where applicable, to the Team Leader. * Identify the most significant work units and propose the most suitable site organization, including the corresponding organizational chart and job positions. * Carry out monthly or periodic work progress certifications according to the schedule specified in the administrative clauses document. * Verify, control, and archive all contractual documentation applicable to the project, such as specifications, drawings, budget, execution contract, work center opening documents, order books, survey records, and the approved Health and Safety Plan (HSP). * Be responsible for preparing the Construction Quality and Environmental Assurance Plan (PACMA), Work Inspection Point Programs, Testing Programs, etc., defining materials and work units that require identification and control to ensure quality. **Requirements** What are the **main requirements**? * Preferably higher-level technical education (Engineering degrees) or medium-level technical education (Industrial Technical Engineering, Public Works, or Civil Engineering). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel throughout Catalonia. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent employment contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth within the organization.
