Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Coordinator for the Balaguer SAD, responsible for coordinating and planning services, assessing quality, and managing tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and planning of SAD services and staff. 2. Quality assessment of services provided. 3. Incident management and preparation of social reports. **We are looking for a Technical Coordinator for the Balaguer SAD** The person appointed to this position will coordinate and plan services for users and family workers. They will assess and monitor service quality and ensure smooth execution of all other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the service. **Requirements** \- University degree in Social Work or Social Education (Social Branch) \- Prior experience in this role (desirable) \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle **Your responsibilities will include, among others:** \- Coordinating all SAD staff (family workers and cleaning assistants). \- Scheduling home visits to introduce users to their assigned family worker or cleaning assistant. \- Reviewing service agreements and verifying compliance with protocols and services for each user, followed by subsequent evaluation. \- Identifying service incidents \- Resolving technical incidents \- Monitoring working hours, attendance records, and absences for all SAD staff \- Managing incidents and preparing social reports \- Performing any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the service **What we offer** \- Permanent contract \- Working hours: 35 hours per week \- Competitive salary, above the collective agreement rate \-\-\-\-\-\-\- At Asistenzia, we are firmly committed to gender equality and believe diversity is a key pillar for our team’s success.
