If you are a professional with experience in industrial machinery, and would like to become part of a stable project with a long history of success, this is your opportunity. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment used in ceramic processes. * Ensure production continuity by preventing technical failures and solving them quickly. * Observe and enforce workplace risk prevention and protection measures. * Commission new installations. * Develop improvement proposals and alternative solutions. * Verify test results and implement necessary corrections. * Establish and improve work methods. * Organize the workspace, including design or provision of tools and equipment. * Draft quality plans and work instructions. * Handle inquiries regarding production documentation and order corrections when necessary. * Document machines, equipment, and installations. * Establish criteria for spare parts and auxiliary maintenance material supply. * Request purchase of extraordinary materials and supervise regular purchases. * Oversee installation and maintenance work performed by third parties. **What we offer:** * Leading company in the sector, well-established with a long-standing reputation. * Family-oriented yet highly dynamic environment with an intense work pace. * Professional stability and growth opportunities. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, afternoon shift. **Requirements:** --------------- **What we are looking for in you:** * Vocational training (CFGM/CFGS) in electromechanics, electricity, electronics, mechanics, or industrial maintenance. * Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults. * Proficiency using measurement tools (ammeters, pressure gauges, etc.). * Electric and oxy-fuel welding skills (in some cases). * Basic PLC programming. * Equipment and sensor calibration. * Ability to interpret technical manuals. * Minimum of 5 years of experience if formal qualifications are not held. * Experience in industrial environments is a plus. * Catalan, Spanish, and English language proficiency. * Must live nearby (Igualada or surrounding areas).
