Reporting to the Department Manager, your mission will be to contribute, both independently and through team coordination, to Customer satisfaction and sales development. YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Motivate and engage the team by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating seller availability on the sales floor, and overseeing daily task completion, always ensuring Safety (PPE, handling loads, hazardous products...). Ensure proper Customer service by promoting sales according to customer needs to guarantee their satisfaction. Know and communicate the Sales Plan for each product category. Oversee the maintenance of your assigned section, ensuring and coordinating product restocking and inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and effective demarcation management. WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? Minimum 3 years of experience leading and coordinating teams in retail environments. Experience in Large-Scale Distribution and/or Retail. We especially value advanced technical or commerce-related education (Vocational Training, Degree or University qualification).
