DESCRIPTION From QUALITY Reus, we are selecting a **Warehouse Assistant Specialist** for a company located in the **Valls area**. The selected candidate will perform typical warehouse tasks, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch, as well as other activities related to the logistics area. We seek dynamic, organized, and responsible candidates with an interest in developing their careers in logistics. Key responsibilities include: * Receiving and delivering goods for both internal and external customers. * Preparing orders and goods for dispatch. * Loading and unloading trucks. * Operating pallet jacks, forklifts (front-end and retractable), and other material handling equipment. * Using warehouse information systems (ERP/WMS) and RF terminals with scanners. * Stock control and support in inventory management. * Inspecting the condition of work equipment and material handling tools. * Supporting any other tasks related to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor. We offer: * A 3-month temporary contract through an ETT, extendable with real potential for permanent employment based on performance. * Schedule: Rotating shifts — morning (6:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), and night (22:00–6:00). * Salary: €12.50/h gross (day shift), €14.30/h gross (night shift). * The opportunity to join a growing new project from the outset. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: Secondary school diploma; logistics training is a plus. * Valid forklift operator license/certification. * Minimum 3 years’ experience operating retractable forklifts — MANDATORY. * Good physical condition and stamina, as the role may involve lifting and moving goods. * Personal vehicle to access the workplace. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn and develop.
