




Position Summary: Technical Coordinator for the Balaguer SAD, responsible for coordinating and planning services, assessing service quality, and performing tasks to ensure smooth service operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of SAD staff and services. 2. Incident management and preparation of social reports. 3. Service quality assessment and control. We are seeking a Technical Coordinator for the Balaguer SAD. The person appointed to this position will coordinate and plan services for users and family workers, assess and control the quality of services provided, and ensure proper execution of other tasks necessary for smooth service operation. \- Coordinate all SAD personnel (family workers and cleaning assistants). \- Arrange home visits to introduce users to their assigned family worker or cleaning assistant. \- Review service agreements and verify compliance with protocols and service provisions for each user, followed by subsequent evaluation. \- Identify service incidents. \- Resolve technical incidents. \- Monitor working hours, attendance records, and absences for all SAD personnel. \- Manage incidents and prepare social reports. \- Perform other tasks necessary for proper service operation. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Desirable. Experience with Cibersad. Prior experience in this role (desirable). * University degree in Social Work or Social Education (Social Sciences field). * Driver's license: Class B. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Part-time morning schedule (35 hours \- weekly working hours). * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1600'. * Additional relevant information: \- Indefinite-term contract. \- Working hours: 35 hours per week. \- Competitive salary, above the collective agreement minimum. \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
