We are currently opening the position of **Administrative HR** with Disability Certificate, to provide administrative support to the **People** department, ensuring accurate document and operational management of employee onboarding, payroll, and training processes. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Bring onboarding processes to life:** You will manage registrations in Social Security and SAGE, ensuring each new employee has a smooth welcome and everything is ready upon their arrival. * **Drive payroll management:** You will coordinate the monthly payroll process, guaranteeing accurate data collection while maintaining the necessary rigor and confidentiality. * **Promote continuous training:** You will participate in managing training activities through the FUNDAE platform, keeping documentation up to date and ensuring compliance with current regulations. * **Maintain labor and administrative documentation:** You will keep contracts, expirations, and files updated, serving as a key pillar in the internal organization of the department. * **Collaborate with the People team:** You will assist in general tasks, helping ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in an orderly manner. * **Protect team trust:** You will safeguard data protection and regulatory compliance, ensuring a climate of trust and professionalism in every process. **What are we looking for?** * Previous experience in HR or administrative departments. * Education in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle). * Proficiency in office software and strong Excel skills. * Knowledge of labor management, Social Security, payroll, and FUNDAE. * Disability certificate. * Key skills: organizational ability, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Part-time schedule from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Flexible compensation: meal voucher, transport ticket, training benefits, and childcare allowance. * Boost your professional development with discounts across our entire educational offering: courses, vocational training, degrees, and master's programs. * Become part of a growing organization with purpose and significant social impact. **Here, you won’t just manage processes—you’ll drive the well-being and careers of every person in the company. #### **Your mission** Intesis is the HMS brand that delivers solutions for building communication, especially for HVAC control. Our products help professionals in the building automation industry connect and control systems more efficiently. We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for translating complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling materials. This role requires a balance of creativity and precision, designing materials that maintain our corporate identity while ensuring technical accuracy for a professional, engineering\-focused audience. The selected candidate will be part of a professional and motivated team located between Igualada and Barcelona (hybrid). #### **Your profile** **Key Responsibilities** * Product launches and updates: Design high\-quality product images, labels, technical schemas, wiring diagrams, infographics, and visual assets related to Intesis products, their applications, and use cases for use in technical documents, presentations, websites, and other communication channels (both online and offline). * Technical/commercial Design: Create and format case studies, application notes, whitepapers, and similar technical marketing materials to make them clear and visually engaging. * Brand material development: Lead the design and layout of catalogs, brochures, or leaflets with creativity, following HMS Networks’ corporate design guidelines. * Events \& trade show design: Develop support materials for trade shows and events, including stands, panels, and printed collateral. * Digital media design: Produce images, interactive documents, and promotional content for social media and online campaigns. * Video support: Assist in creating and editing product and promotional videos for marketing campaigns. * Information management: Organize and maintain internal information\-sharing platforms to ensure easy access and consistent use of assets. **Requirements*** Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience. * Software skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (required). Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or 3D design tools is a plus. * Experience: Previous experience designing technical documents or translating complex concepts into clear, visually compelling materials. * Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish. * Attention to detail: Ability to transform technical information into clear, easy\-to\-understand visuals without losing accuracy.
