About the Role We are looking for an SAC Planning Consultant with experience designing, building, and optimizing enterprise planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud Planning—and preferably also SAP PaPM. This role involves close collaboration with business and functional teams to translate financial and operational requirements into integrated, scalable, and high-performance planning solutions. You will participate in corporate planning EPM projects, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario simulation. What will you do on the project? * Design and build planning models in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Planning): structures, drivers, rules, and planning flows. * Configure budgeting, forecasting, and scenario simulation processes aligned with client requirements. * Implement and/or support solutions using SAP PaPM for financial modeling, profitability calculation, and cost allocation. * Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Controlling, Operations) to understand requirements and translate them into efficient models. * Define and configure Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, Multi Actions, versions, calendars, and planning workflows. * Integrate SAC Planning with SAP and non-SAP systems (BW, S/4HANA, legacy ERP, databases). * Conduct functional testing, validations, and support the client during UAT. * Document solutions, create training materials, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with key users. * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning methodologies and accelerators. To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * +3 years of experience implementing planning solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Planning). * In-depth knowledge of key SAC Planning features: models, Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, calendars, workflows, versions, and allocations. * Experience with SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) or strong motivation to specialize in this tool. * Knowledge of financial processes: planning, controlling, FP&A, P&L, OPEX, CAPEX. * Experience integrating SAC with SAP platforms (BW/4HANA, S/4HANA) or other data sources. * Analytical capability and ability to translate business needs into efficient technical models. * Professional English (minimum B2–C1) to interact with clients and international teams. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in international or multi-regional projects. * SAP certifications in SAC Planning or SAP PaPM. * Basic scripting knowledge (Python, SQL).
