We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in implementing CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, capable of comprehensively leading all project phases while ensuring planning, coordination, and monitoring of scope, timelines, and quality agreed upon with the client. This role requires continuous interaction with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders; therefore, a high level of English proficiency is highly valued. Key Responsibilities * Design, maintain, and update the project plan and its associated schedule. * Coordinate internal and third-party functional and technical teams. * Manage risks, incidents, changes, and dependencies. * Monitor project progress and report to various stakeholders and the client. * Supervise and coordinate functional testing, validations, and deliverables. * Ensure proper integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with other corporate systems. * Facilitate communication among involved areas and promote sound management practices.
