We are currently seeking a **Purchasing Analyst Technician** to strengthen our purchasing department.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
* Processing orders based on sales forecasts, stock levels, and product turnover.
* Analyzing the automotive fleet to ensure proper stock planning.
* Monitoring managed orders and controlling delivery deadlines.
* Optimizing purchases to reduce urgent orders and improve product availability.
* Calculating and overseeing supplier contracts, verifying compliance with agreed terms and discounts.
* Keeping supplier records up to date in the system.
* Entering and updating pricing lists from various suppliers.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure the company’s proper supply chain.
**What are we looking for?**
* Education in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a related field.
* Prior experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administration department (highly valued).
* Knowledge of the automotive sector and spare parts will be considered an asset.
* **Advanced proficiency** in office software tools, especially **Microsoft Excel**.
* Analytical ability and data orientation.
* An organized, solution-oriented, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills.
* Planning abilities and attention to detail.
