**Administrative Assistant (M/F) – Lleida Office**
We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant (M/F)** to join our Lleida office and provide support in the administrative management of the Human Resources department.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing employment contracts, monitoring and controlling administrative matters related to employees, scheduling work shifts, communications via Contrat@, managing medical leaves, certificates, and other procedures arising from the employment relationship.
We seek a **responsible, organized, and planning-capable individual**, accustomed to working in dynamic environments with high-volume administrative workloads. We especially value interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and interest in professional development within the Human Resources field.
Prior **experience in employment documentation management** and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite are required.
Previous experience in **agricultural campaigns** or in temporary staffing management will be highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS
* Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle (preferably related to Administration, Human Resources, or similar).
* Minimum one year of experience in administrative positions.
* Knowledge of employment documentation management, contracts, employee onboarding and offboarding, and related administrative procedures.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
* Residence in the province where the vacancy is located (Lleida).
* Organized, responsible individual with planning and priority-management capabilities.
* Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and handle high workloads.
* Experience in agricultural campaigns will be positively considered.
