At GRUAS Constructora, we are seeking to hire an Industrial Engineer to support the control, planning, and monitoring of productive activities across the group’s various facilities, which are involved in asphalt manufacturing, aggregate production, and construction waste recycling. The selected candidate will work in close coordination with plant managers, production, maintenance, and procurement teams, participating in forecasting requirements, production planning, monitoring of production processes, and management of resources necessary to ensure the proper operation of the facilities. We seek an organized, analytical, and solution-oriented individual with a strong interest in industrial plant operations and production processes within the construction sector. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree \- Industrial * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or equivalent qualification. \- Interest in production, industrial facilities, and machinery. \- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills. \- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. \- Ability to interpret technical information, production data, and machinery documentation. \- Solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual. \- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple departments. \- Willingness to travel between the group’s facilities. \- Valid driving license (Category B). * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position
