The professional in charge will assume the management and operational execution of essential technical tasks within the winery environment. This includes monitoring and tracking fermentation processes, as well as racking, filtration, and bottling operations, ensuring that each stage complies with established standards. In addition, they will be responsible for cleaning and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring an optimal and safe working environment for all operations. A key function of this role is coordinating daily workflow. This involves organizing activities, assigning and distributing specific tasks among the available team, and providing direct operational supervision across various stages of the production process. During periods of higher activity—such as harvest season or seasonal production peaks—the coordinator will provide active support and lead efforts to meet volume and quality objectives, optimizing resources and time. The work environment is dynamic and requires constant adaptation to the demands of the vitivinicultural production cycle. The standard schedule is intensive, Monday through Friday, morning shift. During high-demand periods—such as harvest—flexibility is required to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Salary conditions will be determined based on the candidate’s competence and experience, offering market-competitive remuneration appropriate for an operational coordination position. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Viticulture, Oenology, or related fields is required. Demonstrable experience—minimum two years—is essential in performing technical tasks typical of a winery, as well as prior capacity or experience in coordinating small teams or work shifts.
