Verify primary and secondary cleaning procedures, facilities, and equipment. * Conduct product quality inspections, if required, according to established sampling plans. * Perform analyses in our internal laboratory. * Support sample collection for Quality Control. * Continuously supervise Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the plant. * Conduct internal audits focused on quality, food safety, and GMP compliance. * Supervise cleaning and disinfection activities, ensuring proper execution and documentation. * Review production line start-up checklists to ensure optimal hygienic-sanitary conditions. * Verify acrylic checklists to prevent physical contamination risks. * Daily verification of CCP records. * Promote a food safety culture. * Accompany the Quality Director during internal, external, and customer audits.
