For more information, visit www.griffithfoods.com . * **Position:** Production Operator * **Department:** Operations / Production * **Shifts:** Rotating (morning, afternoon, and night) * **Schedule:** 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00 * **Salary:** 20\.231,82 € * **Availability:** Overtime as required by production needs **Job Mission** --------------------- Ensure proper execution of production processes, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards, and contributing to the operational efficiency of the Production area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of production orders and handling of raw materials in the warehouse, including their transfer to production areas. * Mixing products following work instructions and established procedures. * Packaging and palletizing finished products, ensuring quality and traceability. * Cleaning and basic maintenance of production areas according to hygiene protocols. * Operation of the production line, temporarily assuming additional responsibilities to ensure process continuity. * Collaboration in team coordination and operational support when required. **Job Requirements:** Experience: * In industrial, food, or related sectors. * Experience in high-volume production environments and strict adherence to procedures. * Prior involvement in coordination tasks or supervisory support. **Education and Certifications:** * Food Handler Training Course. * Valid retractable forklift operator license. * Medium-level vocational training (desirable). **Technical Competencies:** * Operation of electric pallet trucks and retractable forklifts. * Basic knowledge of ICT technologies applied to production. * Language skills: Spanish and Catalan, plus English (desirable). * Personal transportation available to reach the workplace. * Full flexibility to work rotating shifts. **Professional Competencies:** * Commitment to quality, safety, and hygiene. * Responsibility and reliability in task execution. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Attention to detail and positive attitude. * Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to change.
