Legal Document Management Assistant

We are seeking to hire a **Document Management Assistant** for a well\-known and prestigious **judicial archive** located in **Reus**. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the organization and maintenance of the archive through various administrative and documentary support tasks. **Imagine your day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Reviewing document transfers. * Classifying, organizing, and registering documents according to established criteria. * Entering data into the inventory and updating the database. * Assisting in managing loan services, inquiries, and returns. **What we offer:** * **Continuous training and learning:** you will grow in an environment that encourages making small daily decisions, where making mistakes is also part of the process. * **Contract** until 12/31/2025 with possible extension. * **Working hours: 35 h/week**: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. * **Start date:** immediate. * **Workplace location:** Reus. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Detail\-oriented person, team player, with strong document organization skills. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Documentation or Library and Information Science, or equivalent qualifications. * Specific training such as a Master's in Archival Studies and Document Management, Postgraduate in Electronic Document Management, or similar will be positively considered. * **Languages:** native/bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * **Experience** in archive and/or library tasks is highly valued.
