




Job Summary: We are seeking an active individual with strong communication skills and organizational ability to manage the center's daily operations during afternoon hours. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and sales, including enrollment management and follow-up. 2. Administrative management: attendance tracking, CRM management, and overdue payment monitoring. 3. Operational coordination, incident resolution, and facility management. Main Responsibilities \- Customer Service and Sales: In-person family support, enrollment management, and follow-up calls to close sales. \- Administrative Management: Student and teacher attendance tracking, CRM management, and monitoring of receipts/unpaid invoices. \- Operational Coordination: Resolution of scheduling incidents, reception of new students for level assessments, and communication via WhatsApp/phone. \- Center Management: Supervision of classroom conditions and facility closure. Competencies / Knowledge: \- Multitasking, organized, and proactive profile. \- Excellent communication skills and empathy. \- Proficiency in digital tools and database management (CRM). \- Fluent in Catalan and Spanish. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (20 hours \- weekly schedule)
