Real possibility of permanent employment based on performance DESCRIPTION QUALITY Reus is selecting a **Warehouse Assistant** for a **graphic arts** company located in **Bràfim**, as part of the opening of a new production plant. The selected candidate will perform typical warehouse duties, such as goods receipt, storage, and dispatch, as well as other activities related to the logistics area. We seek dynamic, organized, and responsible candidates with an interest in developing their careers in the logistics field. Key responsibilities include: * Receiving and delivering goods, both for internal and external customers. * Preparing orders and goods for dispatch. * Loading and unloading trucks. * Operating warehouse information systems (ERP/WMS) and using RF terminals with scanners. * Stock control and support in inventory management. * Inspecting the condition of work equipment and material handling tools. * Supporting any other tasks related to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor. Offer: * 3-month temporary contract through an employment agency, extendable, with a real possibility of permanent employment based on performance. * Working hours: rotating shifts — morning (6:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), and night (22:00–6:00). * Salary: €11.36/h gross. * 30-minute break included within working hours. * Initial training provided by the company. * Being part of a growing new project from its inception. * Career advancement opportunities. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: secondary school diploma; logistics-related training is preferred. * Basic knowledge of English is desirable. * Good physical condition and stamina, as the role may involve lifting and moving goods. * Personal vehicle required to access the workplace. * Proactivity and willingness to learn and develop (NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED).
