Reporting to the FP\&A Manager, you will support the control and analysis of the company’s financial performance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information. You will contribute to the decision\-making process through insightful reporting and variance analysis. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit processes * Financial KPIs calculation * Conduct variance analysis and support monthly financial reviews * Monitor departmental budgets and perform cost analysis, margin analysis * Identify and propose cost optimization opportunities This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic finance team and gain hands\-on experience in financial planning and analysis. **Qualifications** Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
