Service Manager – Industrial Sector

We are currently seeking to incorporate a **Service Manager** into our Production team in Ceuta. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Plan and supervise production, coordinating daily shift-team operations. * Analyze and monitor **productivity and planning KPIs**. * Control production-related costs and propose efficiency improvements. * Coordinate and supervise plant maintenance and associated projects. * Drive continuous improvement in production processes. * Ensure safety, risk prevention, and compliance with environmental standards in operations. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields. * **2 to 3 years of experience in production roles** within an industrial environment, with shift-team supervision. * Knowledge and experience with **planning and productivity KPIs**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Desirable: knowledge of English. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and career development plan. * Competitive economic compensation and flexible benefits package. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * The opportunity to work and learn alongside leading professionals in their fields. * The opportunity to gain experience in a growing sector: sustainability and waste management. **Who are we?** At Urbaser, we are one of the world's leading providers of environmental solutions, a global company focused on enhancing the value of the planet’s resources to build a more sustainable future, serving over 70 million people across approximately 15 countries through an extensive network of more than 50,000 employees and 150 plants that drive real circularity every day.
