Its gastronomic offer consists of 5 Restaurants \& Bars, where you can enjoy the traditional flavors of Andalusia, proposals with a renewed vision and signature cocktails. **Job Description*** Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service. * Supervise the restaurant and bar team across all departmental aspects and ensure service standards are met. * Monitor dining areas to verify seat availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being. * Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor. * Perform cash register closing procedures for various outlets. * Conduct scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor. * Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. * Monitor operational balance and identify team needs. * Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and promotions. * Ensure colleagues possess full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods served. * Collaborate with the Bar Manager on new drink menus and special cocktail offers. **Requirements*** At least 2 years of experience in bar and cocktail service * Experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or high-end bars is preferred * Team-oriented mindset * Highly responsible and discreet * Hospitality education or related studies * In-depth knowledge of mixology and current trends * Fluency in Spanish and English * Computer literacy **Additional Information*** Attractive incentive plan. * Significant discounts on hotel services. * Discounts at Accor group hotels and partner companies.
