Job Description SO/ Sotogrande, a prestigious hotel located in the beautiful coastal town of Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook at SO/ Sotogrande, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests, showcasing the finest of Spanish and international cuisine. * Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and culinary standards * Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and local flavors * Ensure proper food handling, storage practices, and kitchen hygiene standards are consistently followed * Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality * Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain efficient kitchen operations and timely food service * Assist in inventory management and food cost control * Participate in special culinary events and themed dining experiences * Adapt to changing demands and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment * Contribute to creating a positive and professional atmosphere in the kitchen.
