




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maître and dining room staff with gastronomy background to serve tables, take orders, and manage staff in restaurants and hotels. Key Highlights: 1. We are a gastronomy company operating restaurants and hotels in Catalonia, Formentera, Andorra, and Andalusia. We seek a Maître and dining room staff with prior experience in the industry and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include serving tables, taking orders and delivering them to the kitchen, and subsequently clearing dishes from tables—typical waiter duties. Additionally, the Maître will be responsible for managing staff, scheduling, supervising service, and providing on-shift support to dining room staff. Proficiency in the following languages is required: \- Spanish and English Knowledge of the following languages will be considered an advantage: \- Italian, French, Russian, and Arabic Working hours may consist of split shifts or continuous shifts; five days per week will be worked. The contract is full-time, valid until September 30, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent annual contract.
