**Mission** Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients, promoting health education in coordination with other team members, applying knowledge specific to their role and following guidelines established by the center based on each area's clinical protocols, contributing to delivering an excellent quality service. **Job Responsibilities** **General Responsibilities:** * Respect and maintain appropriate relationships with patients and their families, collaborating in promoting and maintaining a professional and respectful environment, providing information and education that adequately meets their needs. * Proactively identify and report suggestions, non-conformities, risks, etc., detected in the work area. Maintain the work environment, equipment, and materials in excellent condition so that clinical processes can be properly carried out. Comply with applicable procedures and work instructions in their processes, including occupational health and safety regulations. Complete all necessary records in the course of their work. * Ensure the best patient experience by offering humane, close, and personalized treatment. * Promote effective interdepartmental working relationships and function effectively as a team member to help achieve departmental goals and objectives. * Participate in the training of newly hired professionals and assigned students. * Be responsible for direct patient care according to the nursing care plan for assigned patients, ensuring patient safety throughout the care process. * Identify the patient, whenever the patient's condition allows, by confirming name, surnames, and date of birth, cross-checking this information with the identification bracelet. * Demonstrate consistency and interest in patient monitoring and follow-up, informing patients about how care will be provided and any other required matters, adhering to standards of excellent quality clinical care; as well as making appropriate entries in the patient's medical record. * Stay updated on innovations in the field of nursing and pursue professional growth and development. * Serve as a role model, assisting in organizing and supervising nursing assistants when appropriate. * Use correctly, according to their nature and foreseeable risks, machinery, devices, tools, hazardous substances, transportation equipment, and generally any other means used in their activities, as well as protective equipment and means provided by the company. * Not disable or misuse existing or future safety devices installed on equipment related to their work or at workplaces where activities are performed. * Immediately inform their immediate supervisor and designated workers responsible for protection and prevention activities, or where applicable, the Prevention Department, of any situation that, in their judgment, reasonably poses a risk to worker safety and health. * Contribute to fulfilling obligations established by the competent authority to protect worker safety and health. * Attend mandatory training courses on occupational risk prevention as required by current legislation, as well as mandatory medical examinations for their job position. * Comply with management system procedures, collect results from their processes, propose improvements for process development, and comply with organizational guidelines regarding service quality and environmental management. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent **Additional Education:** Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Hospital Nursing or similar is desirable **Minimum Experience:** 3 to 6 months in a similar position **Other Requirements:** Language skills are desirable **Professional Registration:** Yes **Type of Interaction:** Patients
