At our **Algeciras (Palmones)** office, we are looking for a **Logistics Manager** to join the team and manage all logistics operations under the supervision of the department head. Key responsibilities include planning weekly material orders, managing settlements, auditing and controlling inventories, resolving supplier incidents, supervising the Webservice, and updating prices and material data on the internal platform. Job Responsibilities * Manage weekly material orders required for operations. * Coordinate and supervise the settlement process with suppliers. * Conduct inventory audits, compare physical and digital records, and resolve discrepancies. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records and propose improvements to the supervisor. * Administer and monitor web services related to logistics and stock. * Verify and update material prices and descriptions on the internal platform. * Collaborate with warehouse managers and delegates to ensure stock availability. Requirements * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools. * Experience in inventory management and handling large volumes of data. * Ability to perform statistical analysis and prepare accurate reports. * Completion of internal training courses mandated by the company.
